Refund policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact Brickfigworld and obtain written return authorization before sending anything. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live remain unaffected.

Return condition

The item must be unused, unassembled where applicable, unaltered, complete, and returned with its original packaging and accessories in resalable condition. Personalized products and items clearly marked final sale are not returnable unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Start a return

Email support@brickfigworld.com with the order number, the item, the reason for the request, and clear photographs if an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved requests receive the authorized return address and instructions.

Do not send a parcel to the business correspondence address or to an address on the original package unless Brickfigworld support confirms the return address in writing.

Return shipping

For a change of mind or preference, the customer arranges and pays for tracked return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. For an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Brickfigworld covers the reasonable authorized return or replacement cost.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund is submitted to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. The payment provider or bank may need additional time before the credit appears.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact support promptly to request cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or shipped. An order that has shipped follows the return process. Exchanges depend on availability; if a replacement is unavailable, a refund or another agreed solution may be offered.
