These Terms of Service govern use of the Brickfigworld storefront and purchases made through it. Placing an order means accepting the terms and policies published at the time of purchase.

We aim to display product images, colors, specifications, options, availability, and prices accurately. Screens, lighting, and production variation may affect appearance. The product details shown when an order is placed form part of the order description.

Brickfigworld is not affiliated with, licensed by, sponsored by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group.

Orders and payment

Prices are in the currency shown by the store. Availability, delivery options, taxes, and the total charge are confirmed through checkout. An order is accepted after payment confirmation. Brickfigworld may reject or cancel an order affected by fraud indicators, an obvious pricing or availability error, unlawful activity, or an unsupported delivery destination, with any eligible captured amount refunded.

Delivery, returns, and refunds

The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and monitor the contact details supplied with the order.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Storefront design, copy, product presentation, original graphics, photographs, video, trade names, and other content may not be copied, scraped, resold, or commercially reused without permission. The store must not be used to interfere with security, payments, availability, or the rights of others.

Liability and mandatory rights
